Devices that have already been repair-attempts or have a defective processor or transformer cannot be exchanged or repaired!
The housing must be undamaged and the retaining clip for the DIN rail must be undamaged and present.

For devices with a defective transformer, the repair or replacement costs increase by € 60,00. These will be debited if necessary after verification.
